1. Exterior and interior walls: steel structures within 50mm glass wool in stud
2. Cladding: fiber cement board (12mm)
3. Roof: plywood plus Owens-Corning’s tile
4. Foundation: slab for common area (provided by developer)
5. Flooring: wooden flooring for first floor, steel deck plate plus concrete and wooden flooring for second floor;( developer to provide concrete)
6. Metallic doors for the exterior (with handles, hinges, locks included)
7. Wooden doors for the exterior (with handles, hinges, locks included)
8. Windows: PVC windows or ALU windows (double glazing glass included) (EDI supplies the design)
9. Thermal insulation: glass wool
10. Ceiling: PVC panels covering the kitchen, bathroom and laundry’s ceiling; drywall covering the other ceiling areas in the house.
11. Party wall for bathroom, laundry and kitchen: steel frame plus drywall

DELIVERY:
- The 24 houses will be out of the factory 40 days after signing the contract and after the first payment received.
- The speed of completion to be determined by developer, estimates for 24-units with ample crews 45-120 days.
- Each unit requires two 40ft containers.
